Today IT and ITeS sectors lead the economic growth in terms of employment, export promotion, revenue generation and standards of living. As per NASSCOM estimates, IT/ITeS sector (excluding hardware) revenues are estimated at USD 87.6 billion in FY 2011-12; and the industry is expected to grow by 19 per cent during FY 2012-13.

Terms & Conditions for Job Assistance from W3webschool
We are committed to providing job assistance to our students as part of their learning journey in Our courses. Below are the detailed terms and conditions that apply to our job assistance program:
1. Job Assistance Overview
- Our job assistance program includes resume building, interview preparation, and placement support.
- We connect students with potential employers through our network of companies and job portals.
- The job assistance program does not guarantee job placement but provides tools and opportunities to enhance employability.
2. Eligibility for Job Assistance
To qualify for job assistance, students must:
- Successfully complete the enrolled Our course.
- Submit all required assignments and projects on time.
- Maintain a minimum attendance of 90% during the course.
- Actively participate in workshops, mock interviews, and career counseling sessions.
3. Scope of Job Assistance
- We provide support for entry-level roles in the IT industry, including internships and full-time positions.
- Resume and portfolio creation
- Mock interviews and soft skills training
- Job search strategies and application processes
- Job assistance is provided for a period of 6 months after course completion.
4. Student Responsibilities
- Students must actively apply for job opportunities shared by the institute.
- Ensure that resumes and portfolios meet industry standards as guided by our mentors.
- Attend all interviews scheduled through the job assistance program.
- Provide honest feedback regarding the interview process.
- After ensuring the Job, you are supposed to pass all the background verification as prescribed by the employer; in case of any lapse in verification, W3webschool holds no responsibility.
- If the student has a no show to any of the opportunities without prior notice , he/she will be removed from future placements.
5. Limitations of Job Assistance
- The institute does not guarantee job placement, as hiring decisions are made solely by employers.
- The institute is not responsible for any delays or rejections from potential employers.
6. Termination of Job Assistance
Job assistance services may be discontinued if:
- A student fails to meet the eligibility criteria.
- The student does not actively participate in the placement process.
- Misrepresentation or dishonesty is found in the student’s resume or during the placement process.
